For this English assignment, learners were asked to write an essay about the book, Their Eyes Were Watching God. We came up with a topic and thoroughly discussed it in a 3-4 page essay. I chose to talk about women's lives during the time the book was written(1940's) and how it differed from today.

For this project, Honors bio students entered into the BioEHS competition at UC Berkeley. You have to find a solution to any problem you could find in science. We chose to genetically engineer Distichophyllum Carinatum to Produce Trichomes.

For this Honors Bio project we had to find a genetically modified fish to research. When we had all our research we had to prepare a presentation on the fish and if we think it would be beneficial to have it out in the real world or if it would cause harm to other species. I chose Glofish.
